# SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE

This Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between JANE DOE ("Plaintiff") and ACMEMORTGAGE INC. ("Defendant").

## 1. Recitals

Plaintiff filed an action captioned *Doe v. AcmeMortgage Inc.*, alleging violations of 47 U.S.C. § 227. The parties wish to resolve the dispute without further litigation.

## 2. Settlement Payment

Defendant shall pay Plaintiff the sum of $42,500 within thirty (30) days of execution.

## 3. Release

In exchange for the payment, Plaintiff releases Defendant from all claims arising from the conduct alleged in the Complaint.

## 4. Confidentiality

This Agreement is confidential except as required by law.
